I resolve my problem in a easy way.
1) In the WSUS Server machine, go to "Content" virtual directory in your IIS and change the local appointing to a correct physical directory on the machine.
P.S.: I did a installation on a non-default directory. That's the question in my problem.
Thanks

I havn't tested it yet but I did notice in IIS the WSUS Content folder was empty and pointing to C:\WSUS\WSUSContent when it seems that all the content was really in C:\WinSUS\WSUSContent. After changing this in IIS (Open IIS and the Site Folder In IIS you will see "Content" in the list. Right click goto properties and change the local path to the right one.. Not sure why mine changed , I hadn't done anything in addition to running the WSUS installer and telling it what patches to get.
