Hi!

Im still experiencing problems, when I want to approve some Updates (mostly office updates, but also XP SP2) for Installation.
EULA seems to be missing in my database.

I've already tried lots of things, including setting permissions for network service, domain admin, domain user and so on.

I also resetted my database.

Can anyone help me?

Which database are you using? Tell us about your config--OS, DB, and domain member or workgroup server?

I have just installed WSUS this week and encountered the same problem where EULA for Windows Ofiice was described still being downloaded after a successful synch. I'm open for anybody's advice. Thanks.

EULA's not downloading is a known issue by Micorosoft.
Contact Microsoft Support and they should be able to supply you with the .txt file for the updates so that the EULA shows and the update can be approved.
Microsoft told me when I had this issue that it is to be fixed in WSUS SP1.

Hope this helps

I have installed yesterday WSUS and was getting nuts on why this EULA for XP SP2 was not downloanding!
Since I mainly installed WSUS to be able to provide clients with SP2 I was getting a bit crazy!

MS is very crazy, they won't let update until update server has proved for EULA license. So, why they set WSUS for?

THank you for the information. I will contact Microsoft. Do you happen to know when WSUS SP1 is going to be released?
