My wsus server is working OK-
No problems, updates come and get installed.

However, one update, "Security Update for SQL Server 2005 Service Pack2" has been some how identified as a Windows XP update and forced to clients. Now, this update is obviously failing on workstations. Due to which further updates are not being handed down.

Are the updates stored in a distribution folder someone on XP where this update can be deleted?

Any way on Windows XP or the WSUS server I can delete this update so that the other ones can come down?

Obviously, SQL server 2005 is not installed on Windows XP machines.

Thanks for the help.
