Target Group registry key not working

Hi all.

I use WSUS in a non domain enviroment, so I use the registry keys to push updates. I am having a few problems, one of which is the machines not registering in the group in which i setup using the key TargetGroup="Laptop". All they do is go into unassigned and i have to move them manually. Any ideas? Do i have to do something on the server side to allow for Auto assignments?

Yes, from the WSUS console go to "Options"->"Computers" and select the option "Use Group Policy or registry settings on computers"
